Membership

While membership is not mandatory, the deed restrictions apply to all Gulf Gate residents in the areas defined the boundaries shown on the boundary map.

The Gulf Gate community benefits from having a strong board with a mixture of long term and new residents. Our board meets at least monthly and works very hard to maintain property values by enforcing the deed restrictions applicable to each of many units within Gulf Gate.

Our history with law enforcement and government officials helps Gulf Gate to have representation in spite of being a smaller, older community.

Goals

  1. Traffic Safety
  2. Ensure the former Golf Couse property is not developed
  3. Maintain Property Values
