Gulf Gate Community Association – Special Meeting

The Gulf Gate Community Association will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, February 6 at 5:30 PM in the St. Andrew Church Sanctuary. This meeting has been scheduled promptly in response to growing community concern regarding the proposed development of the former Gulf Gate Golf Course.

We are pleased to welcome Guest Speaker Jon Thaxton of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation, who will provide guidance on how residents can most effectively address the Sarasota County Commissioners at their upcoming meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
